Please fill out this form to register for a volunteer shift. Each volunteer will receive a brief training on the day of the event, and training time is built into each of the shifts listed below.

All volunteers will receive a free Open Streets t-shirt for donating their time to Open Streets, so be sure to answer the survey questions after this form to tell us your t-shirt size! 

It's fun to volunteer with friends! Let your friends, family, and colleagues know about volunteering and come together as a team! If you would like to volunteer with friends, encourage them to register online and remember to mention the names of the individuals you're volunteering with on the survey questions after this form!
