Spot-sponsorship is per event and is related to your business location.
This could mean that depending on your business location:
- for one event, your business/organization counts as from outside the neighborhood
- for another event, your business/organization counts as based in the neighborhood
- for another event, your business/organization counts as physical location (storefront or otherwise) on the route itself
